Management of coronavirus and your safety at Bentley Melbourne.

In light of the growing concerns around the spread of COVID-19, we want to provide this update to our clients to reassure you that Bentley Melbourne has taken the steps necessary to protect you and our staff.

For the health and safety of all, we have reviewed our current procedures, and have taken the following additional measures to prevent the virus within our business.

Bentley Melbourne is now moving to a "by appointment only" policy during this time. While we remain open for appointments in sales and service, our showroom doors are now locked to the general public until it is safe to return to normal business operations. Our team can still be contacted via the normal methods should you wish to book an appointment or service.

In coordination with our cleaning provider, we have significantly increased the level of sanitisation in all areas of the dealership. This includes desks, benches, handles, handrails, car keys, EFTPOS terminals and our hospitality areas. Inside our cars, our demonstrator and service loan vehicles, as well as vehicles arriving for service, are now being handled with gloves and being disinfected thoroughly on all surfaces including steering wheels, gear levers, seatbelts, armrests and handles.

From a hygiene perspective, we have sourced and implemented hand sanitiser stations throughout the business for the use of staff and guests, including hand sanitisers at the front entrance. Additionally, all vehicles in the showroom are now locked at all times and can be unlocked by appointment only. They will then be disinfected again and locked. Furthermore, all staff are required to thoroughly wash and sanitise their hands before and after every interaction with others, before they leave and enter our showroom and service department, and before and after interacting with customer vehicles. All staff have also been instructed to self-isolate if they begin to show any symptoms at all.

For your convenience, Bentley Melbourne sales staff are always able to bring a car to your home or office for a test drive appointment if required.
